The technology of direct engraving allows us to shape screen dots in any way thanks to three-dimensional modification of such parameters as relief, degree of depression against the elastomer surface (the printing dots can be situated lower than the solid surface), cone slant height angle, and undercutting depth.

No chemicals used in preparing and washing the elastomers

Contrary to all solvent methods of preparing the forms, the technology employed by our company does not require us to use any chemicals. After engraving, the elastomer forms and sleeves are simply washed with pure water.

Quality

Smaller screen dot gains

 

High elastomer material hardness and the possibility to construct screen dots of any shape and height ensure smaller screen dot gains during the printing process.

 

Greater precision

 

The production line allows for engraving with maximum resolution of 2,540 dpi with 200 lpi line density. This ensures high quality of the printouts.

Elastomers do not swell or soften during the printing process. They are also highly resistant to aggressive chemicals found in substances which are often used in printing houses, such as solvent- and water-based paints, as well as UV paints and varnishes.
