PRIVACY POLICY of MMR Group Sp. z o.o.
1. General Provisions
The following provisions constitute a privacy policy (hereinafter: “Privacy Policy”), which specifies information regarding data collection, including personal data of Users of MMR Group Sp. z o.o. with headquarters at ul. Hutnicza 25 DE, 81-061 Gdynia, NIP number: 584-10-16-120, and the method of their processing. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (referred to as “GDPR”, “GDPR”, “GDPR” or “General Data Protection Regulation”), which will come into force on May 25, 2018, as well as the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text, Journal U. of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended). MMR Group Sp. z o.o. applies technical and organizational measures aimed at the best possible protection of the collected personal data against unauthorized access or misuse by unauthorized persons.
2. Personal data and permissions of website Users
MMR Group Sp. z o.o. makes every effort to ensure that the websites www.mmrgroup.pl, tc.mmrgroup.pl, ps.mmrgroup.pl, mt.mmrgroup.pl, and formyelastomerowe.pl make it easier for each User to browse the website and obtain information about the company and its offer. The company respects the Users’ right to privacy and applies appropriate technological solutions to prevent interference with the privacy of third party Users.
Therefore, for the sake of safety and convenience of use, we inform that when navigating the above-mentioned pages, the User agrees to their use of cookies and other personal data provided voluntarily. Data which the User is asked for, e.g. when subscribing to the newsletter, is necessary for the operation of the website or the provision of the service. Providing data is voluntary. Each User has the right to obtain information, access their data, correct it, rectify it, limit processing, transfer and delete it, the right to object and not to be profiled.

The data is processed for the purposes described in our policy, including to:
- provide a given service (legitimate interest of the administrator),
- ensure greater security of services (e.g. to detect bots, fraud and abuse),
- make measurements which allow us to improve our services.
On the website of MMR Group Sp. z o.o. there is no place for content which is contrary to Polish and international law, incites racial, religious or ethnic hatred, is morally reprehensible or is generally considered unethical or offensive.
3. Types and purpose of data use
3.1. Cookies
MMR Group Sp. z o.o. automatically collects data contained in cookies when using websites. Cookies are small text files sent to the internet User’s computer, identifying it in a way necessary to perform a given operation, e.g. in the form of authentication, collecting statistical data or saving data in contact or order forms.
Cookies are harmless to the computer or its User and his data. In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (browsers) allows cookies to be stored on the User’s end device by default. However, in the browser settings, it is possible to change the settings for cookies, in particular in such a way as to block their automatic handling in the browser settings, or inform about their every posting on the User’s end device. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the browser software settings. The service or its individual functionalities may, however, not work properly without cookies.
Cookies are not used to identify the User and the User’s identity is not determined on their basis.
MMR Group Sp. z o.o. uses cookies for the purposes of:
- providing services (legitimate interest of the administrator), including ensuring greater security of these services (to detect bots, fraud and abuse),
- optimizing the use of websites (cookies allow in particular to recognize the User’s device and properly display the website tailored to his individual needs),
- creating statistics which help to understand how Users use the pages, which allows improving their structure and content.
3.2. Subscription to free newsletters
Subscription to electronic and free newsletters belonging to MMR Group Sp. z o.o. requires entering the e-mail address of the User in the appropriate form. Data obtained in this way are added to the mailing list of websites.
3.3. Unannounced Messages
MMR Group Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to send unannounced messages to those Users whose contact details it has and who agreed to the Privacy Policy. Under the concept of unannounced messages, MMR Group Sp. z o.o. understands information relating directly to its websites, services and products (e.g. changes, internal promotions), non-commercial letters (e.g. wishes, personal comments, etc.) and commercial information (mailings, promotions, advertisements, other marketing materials). Entities ordering commercial mailings do not have access to the contact details of Users on the MMR Group Sp. z o.o.
3.4. Other forms
Pop-up windows and other forms appearing on websites belonging to MMR Group Sp. z o.o. and regarding services or products not supported by MMR Group Sp. z o.o., are not subject to the Privacy Policy.
4. Changes to the Privacy Policy
MMR Group Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. The current Privacy Policy of MMR Group Sp. z o.o. obliges each User of company websites. About changes to the Privacy Policy, MMR Group Sp. z o.o. will announce on its websites.
